After working over 12 years as a deck & fence builder for Acorn Fence & Construction, I decided to launch Pinecone in 2022 when Acorn's owner, my mentor, retired.

Based in Northwest Indiana, Pinecone is a small owner-operated company specializing in outdoor carpentry - specifically decks, pergolas, and porch railings. Our ultimate goal is to bring our customers' ideas to life and to help them create a backyard that they're proud to share with friends and family.

I strive to improve my craft with every job that I do, and focus on giving my customers a product that I would be proud to have in my own backyard. ​Every deck project is personally managed and built by me, ensuring craftsmanship, consistency, and attention to detail. I also offer free in-home consultations and estimates throughout parts of Lake County, helping you choose the right materials and design for your space and budget.
